Luis Nabergoi, Konnech’s Technical Manager, admitted it in an affidavit released today. As a result, data of every citizen in Los Angeles County, California, ended up in three locations outside LA. This violated the contract.
Feds let 44 companies rig elections
According to Democracy Live, an election technology company, they were “selected” by the Pentagon and State Dept. to rig elections. However, according to a press release by Votem, another election technology company, they were appointed by DHS to fix elections too. Votem’s partner is Konnech.

Scytl’s access to the Pentagon’s personnel records began Jan. 31st, 2011. According to the Pentagon, Scytl is “Foreign Owned”. Scytl and Konnech software are compatible with each other; share the same servers and Huawei telecommunication lines; and use the same independent contractors who write their software programs.
LA DA spends over “six figures” to access Konnech’s servers
Prosecutors still have Konnech’s servers and will spend “upwards of six figures” to decipher passwords to access them. Servers send, receive, and store data over the internet. What is on Konnech’s servers? Access to the country’s list of registered voters?
Romney has core ownership of vote- counting machines and their data
Romney (R-UT) owns Bain Capital. Bain owns Kantar Media. Kantar is one of Scytl’s partners. Scytl has an 80 percent monopoly on the world’s vote-counting machines. Together, they determine who wins elections in 36 states and over 100 countries.

The same contractors also work for other voting machine system companies. One is Scytl in Barcelona, Spain. Another is the Paragon Group in Malta, London, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Paragon owns Scytl.
