Their election data travels wirelessly through global telecommunication lines.
So why do Election Boards use modems?
They want to keep their jobs.
They get fired if the politician who appointed them loses on November 5th.
Eighty percent of voters mark their ballots by hand.
Their vote is negated when they insert their ballot into a scanner or tabulator.
