After 30 years, the Terrorist Removal Court has its first case

On Wednesday, the first case before the Alien Terrorist Removal Court begins.
An alien is a non-citizen.
Since the case is under seal, the name of the person that the federal government wants removed and why is secret.

The DOJ is the U.S. Department of Justice.
Their federal prosecutors are called Assistant Attorney Generals.
Their bosses are called U.S. Attorneys.
They are nominated by the President and approved by the Senate.
Until Wednesday, because the Attorney General had never filed a case, the court had done nothing for 30 years.
