MI AG filed false charges in three election cases
Dana Nessel
Michigan Attorney General
Michigan’s Attorney General Dana Nessel was caught covering up evidence in three criminal trials last week.
Why is it important?
It proves that Nessel knew the defendants were innocent but filed false election charges targeting three Trump supporters anyway.
Details are in this link:
Those falsely charged are:
Stefanie Lambert, a Detroit lawyer representing Mark Byrne in a Dominion defamation case in DC Federal Court
Matthew DePerno, Nessel’s opponent in the 2022 election

Daire Rendon, a Michigan State Representative

They are “The Michigan Three.”
Their motions to dismiss their cases have been delayed until after the Nov. 5th Presidential Election.
How will the Judges rule?
They have no intention of dismissing them. Otherwise, they would have already done so.
The evidence to dismiss the cases is in this email dated May 20th, 2021.

Here is his YouTube video of the event dated Jan. 12th, 2023:
The aggrieved parties, the Michigan Three mentioned above, will file legal actions:
for monetary damages against Nessel personally for malicious prosecution
to revoke her license to practice law for prosecutorial misconduct by introducing false evidence and hiding evidence that proves the defendants are innocent
In the Stefanie Lambert case, Nessel appointed Dale (DJ) Hilson as Special Prosecutor.
Hilson backed Kyra Bolden for the Michigan Supreme Court.
Even though Bolden accepted $1.5 million in bribes.
Details are in this story:
Neither Nessel nor Hilson have any intention of prosecuting Bolden.
