AP’s Anna Johnson picks the President on Nov. 5th
According to the Associated Press (AP), their Washington, D.C. Bureau Chief picks the President.
This year, it is Anna Johnson.
She will pick Joe Biden on Nov. 5th.
Why?
Because no federal agency is responsible for elections.
So, the AP stepped in and assumed that role.
Without a vote.

Anna’s predecessor, Julie Pace, said she picked Joe in 2020, too.
Julie was promoted for it.
