John Brennan was CIA Director from 2013 to 2017.
Boasberg assigns new cases to his district judges.
He reassigned the non-criminal case of John Brennan, filed on July 1st, to Judge Jia Cobb.
Boasberg ordered the docket scrubbed to delete the original judge assigned to the Brennan case.
