John Brennan was CIA Director from 2013 to 2017.
Boasberg assigns new cases to his district judges.
He reassigned the non-criminal case of John Brennan, filed on July 1st, to Judge Jia Cobb.
Boasberg ordered the docket scrubbed to delete the original judge assigned to the Brennan case.

This isn’t the first time Judge Jeb “randomly assigned” a case to Cobb.
