LA sends election data out-of-state
According to Donald Palmer, Commissioner of the independent federal agency called the EAC (Election Assistance Commission).
Palmer said so in a video produced by his agency, the Election Assistance Commission (EAC), a week ago.

The data includes every Los Angeles County, California resident's personal, unique, and confidential information.
It includes the files of seven million persons.
Five million are registered voters.
LA’s data goes to these 11 out-of-state colleges and non-profits:
Congress created the EAC as an:
independent federal agency
accountable to no one.
Its purpose is to control federal, state, and local elections.
