Congress has 30 days to reverse today’s abortion rights Executive Order

The two ways to reverse today’s Executive Order reinstating federally funded abortions are:

  • Congress passes a law in the next month to reverse it

  • the Supreme Court reverses it on its own or by a separate legal action

It takes 30 days for an Executive Order to become law.

The U.S. is already paying for abortions overseas.

Anywhere overseas.

Since Jan. 28th last year.
