Congress.

It will help get 95% of them re-elected like last year.

The money to fix elections is endless from the federal government from:

• DHS (Dept. of Homeland Security)

  DHS allows 44 companies to rig elections

• the Pentagon

  Pentagon takes over control of elections

• USPS (U.S. Postal Service)
