Nuclear warhead arsenal lacks security

Does the Pentagon have any idea where they have stashed their nuclear weapons arsenal?

Have they ever maintained a chain of custody to verify their inventory of nuclear weapons is safe and secure?

The answer is, “No.”

According to Congress’s Government Accountability Office (GAO).

The GAO is known as "the investigative arm of Congress".

The agency’s purpose is to improve government operations and save taxpayer money.

Instead, no one is held accountable for correcting the problems cited in the GAO reports.

Ever.

An example is this 81-page report released last week:

Out of nine security violations, no actions to correct them have “been taken or are being planned.”

Who is in charge of the National Nuclear Security Administration?

Jill Hruby.
