Feds ignore Supreme Court ruling to prevent non-citizens from voting
According to the Biden-Harris Administration, non-citizens have a right to vote in Tuesday’s Election.
Congress passed a law making it legal in 1993.

They ordered Virginia to remove non-citizens from its voter rolls.

According to Tamar Hagler, Unit Chief of the Justice Department (DOJ) Voting Section, the DOJ will:
disregard today’s Supreme Court’s ruling
continue to block states from accessing their Homeland Security databases to identify non-citizen voters
fight to allow non-citizens to vote on Tuesday.
The Biden-Harris Justice Department war on the Supreme Court started on July 22nd, 2022.
What did they mean by that?
The Justice Department will decide what laws they will enforce or ignore, not the Supreme Court.
