Voting machine systems have no accuracy requirements

Instead, they are:
“voluntary”, and
inaccurate
And kept that way.
On purpose.
So politicians all over the country can be re-elected until they die.
The source is the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC).
Its main purpose is to re-elect a one-party Congress.
After all, it was Congress that created the EAC as an “independent commission” of the Executive Branch of government in 2002.
It is called the “Help America Vote Act”, HR 3295, Public Law 107-252.

A copy of the 66-page law is linked here:

Is Congress creating a Commission under the Executive Branch of government even legal or Constitutional?
It was the first step in the federal government’s takeover of all state, county, and local elections.
Also, Congress now acts as the President.
It dictates how the Executive Branch should operate.
The gimmick?
Federal money.
Congress offered County Election Boards free voting machine systems.
They were sold by vendors who were political hacks serving on their own Election Boards.
The purpose of voting machines was to fix elections.
