Ukraine’s Kolomoisky is behind Trump raid
FBI informant and Ukrainian billionaire oligarch, Ihor Kolomoisky.
Ihor Kolomoisky, an FBI informant, helped plan the FBI’s raid on President Donald J. Trump’s home in Florida.
On April 20th last year.
The Trump raid of his home is Kolomoisky’s way of getting payback for the Trump Justice Department (DOJ) seizing $5.5 billion of his U.S. assets on January 20th.
It is confirmed by his attorneys in two court filings.
The first is in the U.S. Supreme Court, scheduled for conference on Sept. 28th.
A decision will be made before the Nov. 8th election that will affect election results to re-elect a one-party Congress.

The second is an arbitration filing with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
It is filed with the World Bank.

According to federal prosecutors, Ihor bought $5.5 billion of U.S. assets with laundered money stolen from people in Ukraine.

They include:
prime downtown real estate in most of America’s biggest cities like Cleveland, Dallas, and Louisville
four steel companies in Ohio and Kentucky,

Optima Family of companies had their principal place of business at the same suite of offices at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida.
This business has the same federal district jurisdiction where Trump has his Mar-a-Lago residence.
Why are these legal cases important?
The first is to ask the Supreme Court to name Kolomoisky’s partners, Mordechai Korf and Uriel Laber, as third parties to “filter” Trump’s “classified” documents taken in the raid of Trump’s home.
That would be as objective as having Hillary Clinton review them.
What an opportunity to plant evidence against Trump.
The second case is an attempt to get a ruling from an International Arbitration case that will supersede U.S. law.
Its purpose?
Kolomoisky gets his U.S. assets back and his federal forfeiture cases dismissed.
