Federal courts have no jurisdiction over immigration
Federal courts, including the Supreme Court, are at war with Congress.
Congress stripped the federal courts of jurisdiction on immigration issues when it passed:
H.R. 5678, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.

According to Congress, illegal non-residents do not have the same rights as American citizens.

H.R. 5678 is omitted from the list of “Landmark Legislation” on the Federal Judicial Center’s website linked here:

Why?
The Supreme Court is already at war with President Donald J. Trump over immigration issues.
