Fox exposes Smartmatic’s bribes to LA County’s Dean Logan

Smartmatic’s criminal trial starts Jan. 11th before Federal District Judge Kathleen Williams in Miami, Florida.

On Oct. 16th, the Justice Department charged London-based Smartmatic/SGO Corporation Limited and its top executives with bribery and money laundering.

Smartmatic sells voting machine systems, hardware, and software.

Smartmatic’s $1.12 million slush fund came from its $282 million contract with Los Angeles County, California, according to federal prosecutors.

However, they failed to name the key individual in LA responsible for signing and administering the bribes.

According to Fox News, it is Dean Logan.

Why then have federal prosecutors failed to name him as a defendant and co-conspirator in the Miami Smartmatic case?

Besides Logan, who else are they trying to protect?

Here is Judge Williams evidentiary calendar for this month in the Miami Smartmatic bribery, money laundering case:

  • February 12th is the deadline for federal prosecutors to submit documents linking the LA Smartmatic slush fund to the bank accounts used to pay the Philippine bribes

  • February 19th: the judge will hear oral arguments on the admissibility of the LA County evidence.

  • Later this month, no date specified: the judge will decide whether the jury will hear about the $282 million Smartmatic contract with LA County.

The initial evidence against Logan is in case number 22STCP04058, a lawsuit in the LA County Superior Court, Fox News Network LLC versus:

  • the County of Los Angeles and

  • Dean Logan, LA County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.

However, the court file is missing.

Instead, this case appears:

Eliseo Solaris vs. Simon Security Services

Who destroyed the Fox News court file?

Dean Logan.

Besides being in charge of administering LA County’s elections, he is also in charge of LA County’s Court records, too.

However, Fox has those missing records.

They are suing to obtain additional public information from Logan’s office.

The next hearing is on Feb. 23rd at 9:30 AM in Stanley Mosk Courthouse at Department 82.

It is Judge Stephen I. Goorvitch’s courtroom.
