Nothing changed but the name.

According to Delaware business records, on September 22nd, these election systems were rebranded as Liberty Elections Solutions:

• Liberty Vote

• USDominion Voting Systems

• Knowink Poll Pad = Konnech Poll Chief

Scott Leiendecker is a figurehead in the above companies.

He owns no stock in the rebranded Dominion-Liberty venture.

Scott has not invested any money in it.

Nor is he an officer or member of their corporations.

Therefore, Scott has no legal right to control or run the new Dominion-Liberty elections venture.
