LA morphs into homeless housing projects

According to Karen Bass, she will use her Emergency Powers to morph Los Angeles into a city of federal homeless housing projects.
It is her number one priority.
Bass is the Mayor of Los Angeles.
Seven other cities, counties, and states are doing the same.
They are:

King County, Seattle, Washington
Los Angeles

Wildfires in LA sped up LA’s homeless plan.

As of 2023, only 77 of LA’s 46,200 homeless people are in housing built during Bass’s “Inside Safe” program.
Updated figures of LA’s homeless people population have never been updated on its online site.
Two weeks after being elected Mayor, the LA City Council approved Mayor Bass to use emergency powers to build homeless housing projects.
