How to fix the CrowdStrike outage

1. Boot your computer in Safe Mode.

2. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike.

3. Locate and delete the csagent.sys or C-00000291*.sys file.

4. Restart your computer in normal mode.
