Maria Stephan heads the Horizon Project in New York City.
She admits to having 25 years of experience with “regime changes” through her work with the State Department in Afghanistan and Syria.
Stephan specializes in training people how to:
riot
get arrested
occupy and take over buildings
break laws
cause disturbances resulting in civilian deaths
create barriers against federal law enforcement
All with the intent of:
overthrowing their government
causing mass arrests
creating martial law

She organized the civil war in Minneapolis against the Trump Administration.
It was Maria’s idea to use high-pitched whistles to create panic and chaos in front of immigration offices in Minneapolis.
Stephan’s next battleground is in Seattle later this year.
Maria will lead the insurrection from her offices at the:
University of Washington, Center for Human Rights, Jackson School of International Studies
New York University School of Law
Horizon Project in New York City.
The billion-dollar New Venture Fund, a non-profit in Washington, DC, provides the money, administrative, and legal backup for hundreds of non-profits that fund political action money to Democrats.
Until this year, the funding came primarily from the State and Justice Departments.
Cuts in funding must be replaced now by George Soros’s Open Society and Ford Foundations, among others.
