It happened again yesterday.
Another slush fund settlement surfaced in federal court.
Allegedly, KKR agreed to dump $250 million in another Biden Administration slush fund designed to finance Congress’ political action committees (PACs).
KKR is a global investment firm managing $796 billion in assets as of June 30th, according to its website.

The Biden Administration’s Antitrust Division of the Justice Department sued KKR on January 14th, 2021.
Trump took the Presidency on January 20th, 2021.
KKR bragged about it costing them nothing.
Instead, the $250 million is being paid from third-party law firms and malpractice insurance.
As a settlement, none of its details will be disclosed.
According to Pacer, the record of the federal judiciary, neither the Justice Department nor KKR has dismissed lawsuits against each other involving the matter of the $250 million fine.
Then how did the Justice Department get away with running a press release yesterday bragging about the $250 million KKR settlement?
