LA Judge approved the destruction of Konnech evidence on Feb. 14th
Judge Kimberley Baker Guillemet
The order to destroy evidence in the Konnech CEO Eugene Yu case, which was made public yesterday, was signed behind closed doors by LA Judge Kimberly Baker Guillemet on February 14th.
She did it as a favor to her former boss, Kamala Harris (D-CA), who pulled strings to make Guillemet a judge.

Yu moved his family and business to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in November 2022.
He did it to avoid prosecution in other federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
