LA DA, who indicted Konnech CEO Eugene Yu, works for the DOJ
Last week, Eric V. Neff, attorney, was assigned by the Justice Department (DOJ) to a federal civil rights voting fraud case against Robert Page, Orange County Registrar in California.
Neff is a former Assistant LA District Attorney.
He charged Konnech CEO Eugene Yu with embezzling $2.7 million from LA County on Oct. 13th, 2022.
Konnech’s PollChief voting system software stores its clients’ election data in China.
State and federal prosecutors dropped the case and never refiled it.
Neff was suspended.
He was hired by the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department earlier this year.
Orange County is located in suburban Los Angeles, is 87.3 miles northwest of Tijuana, Mexico.
Page’s trial is on March 31st at 8:30 a.m. before Federal District Judge David O. Carter, at the U.S. Courthouse in Santa Ana.
Orange County is the fifth-largest voting jurisdiction in the U.S.
It has 1,895,607 registered voters in Orange County, according to Page.

Page fails to maintain his county’s voter rolls in accordance with federal law and will not comply with it.
Instead, he said he follows California state law, which includes non-residents as eligible voters.
On Nov. 21st, Judge Carter ruled the case against Page is on hold until a related case is decided.
It is:
U.S. versus California Secretary of State Shirley Weber,
federal case number 25-09149.
Shirley Weber is California’s Chief Election Officer.
Judge Carter is the judge in this case, too.
No hearings are on the court calendar.
Only one ruling, a motion to dismiss, is pending.

Konnech, a Malaysian company, makes chips that transmit election data globally via any digital device, such as cell phones.
Their chips are embedded in voting machines “used by thousands of election offices through North America”, according to their ads on their website.
Konnech CEO Eugene Yu calls their chips “telephony integrators.”
Eugene is a Chinese spy who works for Homeland Security.
He has lived in Malaysia since November 2022.
He was assigned to work on the Pentagon’s cyber cloud program in Kuala Lumpur.
Neither the FBI nor the Justice Department has arrested him to face criminal prosecution in the U.S.

Judge Carter’s Financial Disclosure dated May 5th, 2021
According to Judge Carter’s debt in his six-page financial disclosure form dated May 5th, 2021, he is prone to bribery.
He hasn’t filed an update in 4.5 years.
Based on his credit score and debt-to-income ratio, Carter would lose his security clearances.
Why is he the exception?
How much high-interest credit card debt is Judge Carter choking on?
Who is responsible for monitoring his situation?
He faces no penalties for failure to file.
