Lawter-Miller-Kent indictments are on Friday
The indictments on Friday of Allison Lawter and Gregory Miller aren’t a surprise.
However, Joe Kent’s indictment as a co-defendant in the first Arctic Frost criminal case is.
Until Friday, he is only under investigation, a free man.
Their criminal case number is 26-cr-000142 before Judge Trevor McFadden at 10:30 a.m.
It is in Courtroom Two at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia 333 Constitution Avenue N.W. Washington D.C. 20001

The charges against Lawter, Miller, and Kent are:
theft of government property
wire fraud
money laundering
conspiracy
Lawter and Miller were arrested on March 20th and are in jail without bond.
Lawter headed the FBI’s Office of General Counsel (OGC).
She facilitated the FBI’s legal and administrative "shell" required to move funds through the trust accounts to avoid Congressional scrutiny.
Allison was arrested on March 17th in her driveway loading her car with eight banker boxes and four orange, water-resistant canisters.
Gregory Miller was the FBI’s tech guy for Arctic Frost, the FBI’s plot to help steal elections for Democrats.
He managed the technical and offshore transfer aspects of the FBI’s clandestine operation to sell intelligence and election data to foreign adversaries in:
Dubai
Cyprus
London
Wuhan
Serbia
Miller was arrested at Dulles Airport on March 17th attempting to flee the country on a plane going to Dubai.
Joe Kent resigned as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center on March 17th.
His indictment has the "smoking gun" biometric signature logs showing Kent authorized the $2.82 billion transfer to five DC law firms the day he quit.
