FBI’s Allison Lawter's arraignment is Monday for blackmailing five Senators

The FBI’s Allison Lawter's arraignment is 9 a.m. Monday.
She led a criminal conspiracy to extort five Senators to change their votes on pending legislation.
For three years, Allison Lawter’s rogue cell created a fake “Shadow Bureau” within the FBI’s Office of General Counsel (OGC).
She operated a private, taxpayer-funded intelligence agency designed to manipulate and control the votes of U.S. Senators.
At the time of Allison’s arrest yesterday, she was still receiving live data feeds from her $5.4 million “Ghost House” on Spring Hills Rd. in McLean, VA.
They came from the phones of these five Senators.
They are:
Marsha Blackburn (R-TN)
Bill Hagerty (R-TN)
Josh Hawley (R-MO)
Ron Johnson (R-WI)
Tommy Tuberville (R-AL)
They are on the Prosecutor Rob Fisher’s witness list for Monday and anticipate testifying.
Defendant Allison Lawter’s case number is 1:26-cr-00142-TNM.
Trevor McFadden is the trial judge.
His courtroom is in the Federal District of Columbia.

The 12 charges in the indictment against Allison Lawter are:
Count 1: RICO Conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 1962(d))
The Charge: Operating the "Arctic Frost" cell as a criminal enterprise.
Key Evidence: The RICO Org Chart (Exhibit 2) showing the flow of funds from FBI budgets through Apex/NVL shell companies to provide personal benefits (the McLean estate) and fund illegal operations.
Counts 2–5: Extortion Under Color of Official Right (18 U.S.C. § 872)
The Charge: Using the "8-S" leverage dossiers to coerce legislative votes from Senators Hagerty, Blackburn, Hawley, and Tuberville.
Key Evidence: The "Red-Weld" dossiers and the Printer Buffer Logs recovered from the Faraday cage.
Counts 6–8: Wiretap Act Violations (18 U.S.C. § 2511)
The Charge: The unauthorized interception of private electronic communications using the Pegasus-variant and Arctic-Shield backdoors.
Key Evidence: The Starlink Geolocation Logs showing data exfiltration from Senate-issued devices to the McLean server.
Counts 9–10: Wire Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343)
The Charge: Defrauding the U.S. Government of $4.8M via the forged Apex Technical Consulting contract.
Key Evidence: The "Ghost Signature" forgery logs and the Cayman Island (Blue Horizon) bank records.
Counts 11–12: Tampering with Evidence & Obstruction (18 U.S.C. § 1512)
The Charge: Attempting to "wipe" the Tysons Mirror server and liquidate $4M in assets ("Phase Sunset") after being notified of the Patel audit.
Key Evidence: The Biometric Access Logs from the McLean basement and Lawter’s final encrypted messages to the Caymans.
Allison Lawter is in an isolation cell in the Federal Pre-Trial Detention Center in Alexander, Virginia, without bond.
Her inmate number is USMS-VA-77412-L.
Co-conspirators so far are FBI attorneys and brothers, Stephen and Gregory Miller.
Greg was arrested yesterday morning at Dulles International Airport.
He was attempting to flee to Dubai yesterday morning with the master encryption keys and millions in laundered crypto-assets.
The U.S. Marshals are currently investigating three additional "Technical Liaisons" within the FBI's Cyber Division who helped Stephen Miller bypass the FBI’s security protocols.
Their names are currently under a Judicial Seal until Lawter’s Monday morning arraignment.
They are at large.
Attorneys from the Covington law firm, James Garland and Mira Roubini, are trying to collect their $1.2 million retainer with money laundered from Allison’s criminal enterprise.
The FBI can identify where the money is and where it came from.
At 9:30 a.m. Monday, Judge McFadden will rule on whether Lawter has to retain a Public Defender after rejecting the defense motion to be paid as her lawyer.
Will the Covington attorneys also be named as co-conspirators in Allison’s criminal enterprise?
The FBI has already seized the retainer, along with other accounts containing:
$2.88 million
$450,000
$4 million in her Seychelles shell company
The seizures also included Lawler’s $5.4 million “Ghost House” in Fairfax County, Virginia.

They filmed the Pittsburgh FBI file fishing in the Sharango River on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The river is 70 miles north of the FBI Office in Pittsburgh.
Butler, PA, is 35 miles north of Pittsburgh, where the Trump assassination attempt occurred.
The Sharango River goes directly through Sharon, PA.
WJMC’s story and videos were scrubbed from the internet by the FBI.

However, it is evidence.
Prosecutor Fisher intends to show the station’s videos in the courtroom on Monday.
The videos help prove Lawter intended to destroy key evidence by submerging it in water.
It didn’t work.
The 12 orange cylinders that the evidence was in floated instead.
The evidence survived.
She removed it from the FBI’s Washington, DC, office.
Then, it was transported by plane to the FBI office in Pittsburgh to avoid an audit ordered by her boss, Kash Patel, the FBI Director.
The FBI has the flight logs of the transport planes.
After the FBI recovered the evidence from the Sharango River, Lawter escorted it on a plane from Pittsburgh back to DC, then to her home in Virginia.
Allison’s arrest came before she could destroy the data from the servers.
The FBI made copies anyway.

The above case involves two FBI whistleblowers suing for wrongful dismissal after investigating Lawler for her role in Arctic Frost. Their names have been sealed by Court order.
The case is seven Pittsburgh police officers who sued their Chief of Police and Allegheny County for wrongful dismissal.
The officers were fired for investigating the FBI for alleged crimes at the FBI’s Cybersecurity Headquarters in Pittsburgh.
