Environmental Justice non-profits demand $450 million from Congress

Chair Raul M. Grijalva (D-AZ)

Congress started a hearing yesterday to discuss a bill called HR 2021.

The “Environmental Justice for All” Act.

But it is not.

It is only for non-profits.

That is what it says at the bottom of Page 83 of the 137-pages of the bill.

The House Natural Resources Committee broadcasted the hearing live at:

Some of the non-profits with their hands out are:

He is a member of Team Pelosi.

Grijalva is also one of three co-chairs of the Progressive Caucus.

Members include Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

The Caucus has 100 members of Congress who believe in:

  • open borders

  • confiscation of privately-owned firearms

  • ObamaCare

  • immigrant rights

What chances does HR 2021 have of being passed?

One party controls Congress and the Presidency.

It will pass unless voters elect a new Congress on Nov. 8th to overturn it.

Regardless of the outcome, the bill’s language expresses the intent of Congress.

Billions more for non-profits with nothing to do after cashing the checks.

How much money is in HR 2021?

$450 million.

The purpose of bill HR 2021 is to create an “Environmental Justice” division in the Justice Department, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the United Nations (UN) Council of Human Rights.

Earlier today, the UN declared environmental justice to be a human right.

Their press release is attached below:

Joe Biden finalized the transfer of the Justice Department to the UN on May 19th.

Key provisions of the bill include:

  • allowing one person, a non-elected “Administrator”, to decide what the law is and who gets the $450 million provided in the bill (page 19)

  • admitting it has no plan for the money (pages 34, 35, 36)

  • an appeal process that reverses a decision made by the President (page 46)

  • meetings of the Environmental Justice Council can be secret (page 104)

  • the Administrator’s only duty is to hold meetings twice a year (page 104)

  • grants are automatically renewed without work conditions (page one of 137 pages)

The pages noted above are imaged here for reference from the bill’s text linked here:

The Administrator “determines” everything clause.

The bill admits it has no plan for the money.

It is to be figured out after passage.

An appeal process is discussed which can overturn a decision made by the President.

A “developmental framework” needs to be created.
