Roberts claims immunity from FOIA to cover up his plot to remove Alito, Thomas
Chief Justice John Roberts of the U.S. Supreme Court
DC Federal District Judge Trevor McFadden is expected to rule on Wednesday at 10 a.m. that Chief Justice John Roberts is immune from public information requests, also known as the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Why?
Disclosure of Roberts’ emails, phone records, and text messages on the requested dates would reveal a conspiracy to remove Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito from the Supreme Court.
Besides Roberts, other co-conspirators include:
Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI)
Congressman Hank Johnson (D-GA).
By dismissing the case, 25-1232, their conspiracy remains covered up.
