“Carla Hayden’s primary role as Librarian of Congress was administering the nation’s copyright laws for the benefit of all.”
As Chief of the Library of Congress, Carla’s job was to seal an open spigot of data leaks from the U.S. Patent Office.
Instead, patent data was sent to China from servers in the Library of Congress in Washington, DC, to U.S. Embassy Offices in:
Jakarta, Indonesia
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
According to 17 semi-annual reports issued by multiple Inspectors General to Congress and eight audits:
Carla failed to do her job.
A compilation of these reports is linked here:

Annual audits also detailed how easily computers could be stolen because inventories of Library assets were either:
incomplete or
non-existent
To make matters worse, Carla hired spies from George Soros’s Open Society Exchange Program, which is funded by Congress, without vetting them.
Carla was on George Soros’s Board of Trustees of his Open Society and Open World Foundations in 2019 and 2001.
