State Dept. updates its 2010 Biolabs Treaty with Indonesia
MAGELANG, INDONESIA – On September 13th, Indonesia and the U.S. signed an update to their 2010 biolabs treaty. On the left is Lee Satterfield, U.S. Asst. Secretary of State. Nadiem Makarim signed for Indonesia.

And according to the State Department, they can sign treaties on behalf of the U.S. without the:
signature of the President, or
Senate consent

The 52-page Treaty is dated Sept. 13th.
However, the State Department’s Office of Treaty Affairs withheld it from the public until after Tuesday’s General Election.
It was released this morning.
