Trump sends troops to Panama to oust China

The President of Panama, Jose Raul Mulino, said his country retains ownership of the canal.
Panama must also approve any installations and deployment of U.S. troops.

In March, BlackRock bought the rights to the Canal from a Chinese company based in Hong Kong for $19 billion.
