The trial of George “Billy” Wagner III begins tomorrow in Pike County, Waverly, Ohio.
He is accused of 22 crimes, including eight murders.
Billy has said he is innocent.

Wagner’s sentence covers up 40 years of FBI wrongdoing
Billy’s son, Jake Wagner, 32, was sentenced Friday for eight murders in 2016—life in prison, with the possibility of parole in 26 years.
Time served reduced Jake’s sentence by six years.
Jake admitted to the murders.
According to the Special Prosecutor, the Judge cannot change the plea agreement.
Jake agreed to a sentence of life in prison.
The Judge said Jake deserved a lower sentence than his brother, George Wagner IV, who was sentenced two years ago to life for the identical murders.
Billy’s wife, Angela Wagner, was sentenced Friday to 30 years without parole for the murders.
Mrs. Rita Newcomb, Angela’s mother, invented the cover story that the murders were over a family custody dispute.
They weren’t.
It was about drugs.
In return for lying, Rita received:
a 90-day suspended sentence, with credit for seven days served
five years probation
a $750 fine, subject to her ability to pay.
Federal drug agents found evidence of a turf war with a Mexican cartel growing marijuana in Pike County.

Mike DeWine was elected Ohio’s Governor in 2022 and 2018.
When he was Ohio’s Attorney General, he issued a press release dated August 16th, 2012, about Mexican drug cartels growing fields of marijuana in Pike County.
It was discovered by the FBI’s U.S. 23 Major Crimes Task Force.
Neither the FBI nor state or local law enforcement has done anything to stop it.
Even though FBI Christopher Wray allegedly beefed up the drug task force.
