WHO delays Pandemic Treaty until May 2024
The source is the attached press release issued today by the World Health Organization (WHO):
The Pandemic Treaty, originally adopted in 2005, “is legally binding” in 196 countries, according to Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO’s Director-General.
Legally binding how?
Via treaty under International Law.
Its adoption turns over control of their governments to one person, Dr. Tedros.
His power would supersede that of the President of the U.S. and would nullify the U.S. Constitution.
According to Loyce Pace, Congress has given her authority to bind the U.S. to the new Pandemic Treaty provisions.
She is the Assistant Secretary for Global Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).
The six members of WHO’s International Pandemic Treaty Negotiating Committee are:
Precious Matsoso (South Africa)
Roland Driece (the Netherlands)
Ambassador Tovar da Silva Nunes (Brazil)
Ahmed Salama Soliman (Egypt)
Kazuho Taguchi (Japan)
Viroj Tangcharoensathien (Thailand)
