The Pandemic Treaty, originally adopted in 2005, “is legally binding” in 196 countries, according to Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO’s Director-General.

Legally binding how?

Via treaty under International Law.

Its adoption turns over control of their governments to one person, Dr. Tedros.

His power would supersede that of the President of the U.S. and would nullify the U.S. Constitution.

According to Loyce Pace, Congress has given her authority to bind the U.S. to the new Pandemic Treaty provisions.

She is the Assistant Secretary for Global Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).
