What did Yu embezzle? According to the FBI and his attorney, nothing. That is why the LA Prosecutor dismisses Yu’s criminal case on Oct. 14th. Why? Because the FBI submitted a phony alibi. It is a sealed fraudulent affidavit to “protect the identity” of the FBI agent who signed it.
