However, the Justice Department said they would disregard today’s Supreme Court ruling, continue to block states from accessing their Homeland Security databases to identify non-citizen voters and fight to allow non-citizens to vote on Tuesday.

It proves that she knew the defendants were innocent but filed false election charges against three Trump supporters anyway. Her Special Prosecutor, Dale Hilson, said he would use the tainted evidence anyway because it helps support his case. The evidence is an email dated May 20th, 2021, signed by Jonathan Prather, Michigan’s Director of Elections.
