Former Konnech boss swears China stores its election data

Grant Bradley, 28, is the former Operations Manager of Konnech, a defunct election software company.
He told the Los Angeles District Attorney that Konnech sends its data to China.
How does Bradley know?
He has personal knowledge.
Bradley managed Konnech’s programming team based in China.
Daily.
Bradley’s sworn testimony is in this 13-page affidavit dated Dec. 22nd:
The data of thousands of Election Boards using Konnech software still go to China.
Including Los Angeles County, California.
Konnech CEO Jianwei “Eugene Wei” Yu has been maintaining Konnech operations remotely since he fled the country on Nov. 9th and returned to China.
Alexis Wisely, Yu’s attorney, has repeatedly told the Judge that the Konnech servers must be returned to her client to conduct business.
What business?
Konnech is defunct.
Yu’s home in Okemos, Michigan, is vacant.
She knows Yu has fled the country with his wife and has no plans to return to the U.S.
Does Wisely even have Yu’s contact information?
According to her online resume, Wisely has no experience in criminal law.

The LA District Attorney’s Office is spending $125,000 to open Konnech’s servers seized in a raid.
Its contents will be revealed on Feb. 9th.
The evidence hearing is in Los Angeles.
The fake news reported that all the criminal charges against Eugene Yu had been dismissed.
If true, where is the signed court order that proves it?
Yu wrongfully dismissed Grant on Oct. 11th for telling the truth.
Grant sued Konnech and Eugene Yu for wrongful termination.
Grant’s attorney, Aaron Davis, has a problem.
Where is Yu?
What happened to Konnech?
They are no longer in Michigan.
As long as Yu stays in China, he can’t be sued for money damages in Michigan.
Nor can he be prosecuted for crimes committed in the U.S.
