Congress can fire federal district judges
The Judiciary is not a co-equal branch of the Federal Government.
If it were, Congress couldn’t pass 22 laws to regulate them.

Congress can fire all the judges in any federal district by eliminating it and creating a new one.
For example, on Aug. 1st, Congress created 66 new federal district court judgeships.
However, these judges were never appointed or confirmed.
