Congress reinstates China’s Confucius Institute
Starting this month, Congress’s Pentagon budget is helping China pay for its military.
As if the China Communist Party (CCP) controls the Pentagon.
Maybe it has.
Ask Congress.
By reinstating China’s Confucius Institute in 2375 universities and public school districts, China doesn’t have to buy or steal the Pentagon’s top secret information.
Instead, Congress is paying China to have it.
Federal grants upwards of $50 million per university total over 100 billion dollars.
It is in the fine print of the budget approved by Congress for military spending by the Pentagon and Homeland Security.
The money starts following later this month.
According to the National Academies.
According to FBI Director Christopher Wray, the purpose of the Confucius Institute is “to engage in espionage.”

Instead of enemies, China and the U.S. are partners.
China already has access to America’s:
Voting machine system data and voter registration records
Veteran’s health histories
other national security data and intellectual property
Konnech sells software to over 1000 Election Boards. Their data ends up in China.
The Confucius Institute was started in China by the CCP in 2008.
Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was named its Treasurer.

The Trump Administration suspended the U.S. Confucius Institute for two years.
However, Congress and the Biden Administration reinstated it two years ago.
It has taken two years for the money to flow through the Pentagon budget to support China’s military.
The CCP uses universities like Michigan State (MSU) to transmit, store, and send intellectual property to databases in China.
This data includes but is not limited to:
National security and defense information used by the Pentagon and Home Security
surveillance data used by the NSA and FBI
voting machine system data and personal voter registration files

Congress has introduced six bills called “Transparency for Confucius Institutes Act”.
None of them have passed.
