Feds catch and release Chinese spies
After indictment, Chinese spies rarely, if ever, end up in jail. Instead, they fly back to China, reassigned, and go on another mission. Judge Leitman released Chinese Spy Miss Chengxuan Han on Sept. 10th for time served and payment of a $400 court fee. She was placed on a plane back to her homeland, Shanghai, China. The State Department, FBI, and Justice Department never made a prisoner exchange for Konnech CEO Eugene Yu. He works for DHS on the Pentagon cloud defense system in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Prop 50 challenge is pending
The law adds four more Democrats to the House of Representatives next year. The lawsuit, as written, is subject to dismissal. However, if an amended complaint alleges a criminal conspiracy or RICO, the case is rekindled.
Utah Chief Justice, Gov. sued personally under RICO
The Utah Gov. and Chief Justice orchestrated a criminal enterprise that manipulated Utah’s election laws from 2016 to 2024. Defendants can’t use public funds to defend themselves. A jury will determine the amount of their damages. Plaintiffs, residents of Utah, have filed over a thousand pages of exhibits. Their subpoenas will require the defendants to produce their phone, email, and bank records.
Who framed Tina Peters?
It was Stan Garnett, Dominion’s criminal attorney. An email dated August 21, 2021, from Jonathan Jacobson of the Justice Department stated it was Stan’s idea to frame Tina Peters, 71. Garnett is a partner in the law firm of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, and Schreck. Others involved in the wrongful arrest, prosecution, and imprisonment of Tina Peters, 71, include Mike Frontera of Dominion Voting, as well as Cal Ramm, Jason Myszkiewicz, and Alex J. Zappe of the FBI; and Aaron Teitelbaum and Manu Balachandran of the Department of Justice.
Trump’s lawyer recommends arresting and suing judges

Then confiscate their evidence of election fraud and destroy it per court order. When will U.S. Marshals and FBI agents begin arresting the judges who issued the orders?
When, how will Chief Justice arrest Trump?
When? Next year, when the Marshals Act passes Congress. The bill transfers the arrest powers of the U.S. Marshals Service to the Judicial Branch, controlled by Chief Justice John Roberts. How? By stealing the mid-term elections, Democrats regain control of Congress. Then, Congress overrides Trump’s veto to pass the Marshals Act. Roberts can then arrest Trump or anyone else for any reason. Roberts becomes King and also Commander-in-Chief.
Tina Peters’ release is based on the First Amendment
Her defense attorneys missed it. Judge Scott Varhalok was the one who suggested Tina Peters, 70, amend her petition for release on bond based on the First Amendment. She said Colorado election officials and Dominion used compromised election systems to steal the 2020 Presidential election. Tina has been in Colorado prisons for over a year because Colorado Courts refuse to hear her appeal. The next hearing has been delayed because of budget cuts.

Feds readied to seize assets of Smartmatic-Dominion-Liberty Vote
Five voting system companies anticipate assets seized by the Justice Department at any time. These election system companies and some of their employees and attorneys face charges of paying bribes and laundering millions to steal elections in the Philippines and North and South America. Federal prosecutor Joshua Paster is handling asset forfeiture. Homeland Security, the DOJ’s Office of International Affairs, and the Philippine Department of Justice are assisting in the case. A 33-page indictment from last year was unsealed and made public yesterday. So far, no arrests. No trial date either. It will take 21 days.
Dominion-Konnech rebranded as Liberty Vote
Nothing changed but the name. Dominion. Konnech, Knowink, and Liberty Vote were rebranded in Delaware business records as Liberty Voting Solutions Corp. on Sept. 22nd. Dominion remains an active Delaware firm with no changes in ownership or title. Their client list includes the Clinton Global Initiative, IFES, USAID, the State Department, the Carter Center, the United Nations, and George Soros’ Open Society.

Ten missing children found in Cleveland
Ten missing children were found in Cleveland by a U.S. Marshals Task Force over the last month. They also made 133 arrests of known fugitives, including 13 known gang members and ten sex offenders. The Cleveland Area Task Force includes 355 people from 17 law enforcement agencies.
