DOJ fails to enforce its settlement with Cornell over its Bat One Health research projects
Dr. Anthony Fauci’s Bat One Health program at Cornell University still maintains DEI policies that violate federal law.
DEI means Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Policies that promote merit have replaced them.

The Justice Department has failed to enforce its December settlement with Cornell.
Instead, the Ivy League School gets to keep $1 billion in federal grants in exchange for paying $30 million for allegedly settling the matter.

Bat One Health is a global project of the World Health Organization, a subsidiary of the UN.
The program promotes studies of how viruses jump from bats to humans.
Cornell is the global center of Bat One Health.
Dr. Raina Plowright, a wildlife veterinarian from Australia, heads the WHO’s global program on bat studies from her office at Cornell.
As Chief Medical Advisor to the President, Dr. Fauci was able to help steer $780 million to Cornell in 1100 grants for biomedical research from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for the years 2021 and 2022.

The U.S. allegedly withdrew from the WHO on January 22nd.
But America is still funding its research on bat viruses.
