DHS pays $1.5 billion in grants for paper ballots

Homeland Security pays $1.5 billion for paper ballots, then counts the votes, too.

According to Eric Coomer, head of Security of Dominion Voting Systems, their “vote tabulation systems run out of Idaho National Labs.”

ES&S tabulates its votes at the Idaho Lab, too.

DHS used to pay for compromised election hardware and software systems, too.

Now the states do.
