war against Russia
On Sept. 30th, 2022, Congress approved funding NATO’s war in Ukraine against Russia through 2032.
Congress set no limit on spending in Ukraine.
Instead, it is discretionary, open-ended, like a blank check.
Even if the U.S. quits NATO, neither President Donald J. Trump nor Congress has done anything to stop financing the NATO war.
