It also helped Democrats steal Congress by creating a fraudulent majority.

Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY)

President Trump signed an Executive Order on July 11th, 2019.

It said only American citizens can qualify for federal welfare benefits.

At the time, census data included non-citizens as qualifying for federal programs.

Non-citizens also added ten percent to the population figures to determine the number of electoral votes and seats in Congress.

Trump’s Justice Department never enforced his order.

Congress has ignored fixing the problem because it helps incumbents get re-elected.

Legislation was introduced on May 9th by Chuck Edwards (R-NC).

It is called H.R. 7109, the “Equal Representation Act.”

Congress took no further action to get it passed.
