EEOC stops DEI funding anti-Trump lawfare
Updated March 24th
On Thursday, Paul Weiss was the first Deep State law firm to end its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.
They paid the federal government a $40 million non-deductible fine for DEI violations.

According to President Donald J. Trump, Weiss is one of 20 law firms laundering money through NGOs and contractors for lawfare.
These are bogus anti-Trump legal actions or political attacks in multiple jurisdictions.
Deep State law firms have security clearances. They monitor how federal government agencies regulate their clients.
The law firms doing this are named below.
NGOs are non-government organizations that were never held accountable for how they spent their federal grants.
The EEOC has never released its settlement with Paul Weiss to the public.
Weiss dropped its anti-Trump lawfare cases faster than a federal district judge can issue an injunction on a Saturday night.

According to Brad Karp, Paul Weiss's managing partner, his law firm would not have survived without the settlement with the EEOC.
Why?
Their business with the federal government and its contractors would have died, and with it, Paul Weiss.

Does the settlement shield Paul Weiss employees from being held personally liable for discriminatory employment practices based upon the following:
sex, and
race
Weiss partners like John P. Carlin were able to keep their security clearances.

The other 19 Deep State law firms may not be as lucky.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) lists the 20 Deep State law firms in this 210-page document dated March 17th:

These firms are preparing to file for bankruptcy.
They do not have money to pay all the anti-discrimination claims about to be filed by people passed over by DEI candidates of less merit.
Deep State law firms are co-conspirators in federal civil rights RICO cases of discrimination based on:
sex
race
According to the EEOC, hiring practices based on these two factors are illegal.
RICO stands for:
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations
These Deep State law firms do not have the money to pay those damages personally under federal civil RICO statutes.
Details are in this story:
The problem is the Justice Department has no idea how to file federal civil rights RICO cases.
On the other hand, Deep State law firms like Paul Weiss have no idea how to defend themselves against them either.
Starting in January, President Donald J. Trump cut off the Deep States spigot of federal funding, paying their lawfare legal battles against him.
Trump’s Executive Orders outlawing DEI practices are dated:
March 18th
January 21st
