Trump targets NFL for DEI violations
The FBI has targeted three RICO investigations against the NFL’s team owners, league, Foundation, and its Commissioner, Roger Goodell.
The NFL and its sponsors are co-conspirators in:
promoting rather than terminating illegal quota or DEI policies
fixing games through league and team-sponsored gambling
laundering 88.22% of its federally funded NFL Foundation grants to individuals and NGOs who sponsor terrorism and child trafficking
The NFL is a professional football league of 32 teams.
RICO is the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
NGOs are non-government organizations.
Besides jail time, RICO co-conspirators are personally liable for damages, penalties, fines, and attorney fees.
DEI are Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies.
They are quotas.
DEI policies are ambiguous and penalize merit-based hiring with less qualified people.

Instead, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said he wouldn’t obey it.
The NFL Foundation’s income, 88.22%, comes from taxpayers.
It goes to non-profits and NGOs (non-government organizations.)
Who ends up with the NFL’s grant money is anyone’s guess.
No one is accountable for how it is used or spent.
What will an audit disclose?
The NFL Foundation’s income comes from federal agencies like the:

Justice Department
Health & Human Services (HHS)
Homeland Security (DHS)
USAID
Dept. of Transportation
Dept. of Energy
Why is the federal government supporting professional football?
According to the NFL, their foundation promotes “Social justice.”
What does that mean?
