FBI dragnets Sanctuary City judges, politicians under RICO
Kash Patel, FBI Director
Judge Hannah Dugan, in handcuffs, is arrested by the FBI (above) on April 25th.
Paragraph Four
What happens when judges and other public officials:
Intentionally disobey federal laws to protect illegal non-citizens instead of citizens?
Think they are above the law and are immune to prosecution?
The FBI can arrest them for violating federal criminal laws.
Additionally, people and other entities can sue judges and public officials personally under federal civil RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) laws.
Some are liable for damages resulting from crimes committed by non-citizens because:
They have illegally nullified federal laws designed to arrest criminal non-citizens.
Damages include harm caused by:
murder
other personal injuries caused by rape and battery
property damage to homes and businesses.
Under federal civil rights RICO racketeering conspiracy laws, harmed citizens, their families, and businesses can collect:
triple monetary damages
plus attorney fees.
Some states also have similar RICO laws.
President Donald J. Trump has a kitty of $940 million in legal fees from top law firms, which he can use to promote his America First Agenda.
These legal fees can help crime victims and police collect damages in federal civil rights RICO cases for victims of crimes caused by non-citizens.
These firms can:
Restore the settlement amounts they have agreed to pay to the Trump Administration
collect a third of their clients’ triple damage awards, too.
