claimants
children
proof of 8000 international adoptions
His office was able to recover $260,000 out of $200 million that defense attorneys said was collected by Marilyn Cole Hughes for international adoptions.
Subpoenas for financial records were issued to two local banks:
KeyBank
Huntington Bank
However, most of the money was passed through Strongsville Savings Bank, which was bought out by Fifth Third.

The omission shielded Margaret from losing her personal assets as part of the case settlement.
Judge Synenberg’s husband is Roger Synenberg.
He has been Margaret Cole Hughes’ attorney from 1991 to Sept. 20th, 2020.
