The next hearing in the above criminal case is tomorrow before DC Federal District Magistrate Mr. Zia Faruqui.
FBI Director Kash Patel is covering up the FBI’s role in stealing these two elections.
One election is in ten days.
It will determine who controls Congress.
The other was held on Nov. 3rd, 2020.
It resulted in Joe Biden becoming President instead of Donald J. Trump.

The defendants in the case at the top of the story are Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides.
Benavides was the FBI’s former Section Chief of the Foreign Influence Task Force.
Floris led the FBI's Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) as Deputy Assistant Director.
She oversaw election security and counter-foreign influence operations.
So far, there is only one charge for the duo:
False statements to Congress
The charges date back to July 19, 2023.
Instead, the alleged sedition and treason started on Sept. 20th, 2020.
This is when the Biden Administration approved Nikki Cole Floris to set up a “Shadow Government” run by the FBI.
Her team operated in secret from the rest of the FBI.
They reported to Christopher Wray, the former Director of the FBI.
Its purpose was to overthrow the existing President, Donald J. Trump, and put him in jail.
Floris and Benavides are charged without appearing before a Grand Jury.
Rather than waiting for the Grand Jury, the Justice Department and the FBI’s Patel wasted no time in bragging about it.

Floris and Benavides worked with Peter Strzok, who worked for the CIA and FBI at the same time.
Now Floris works for Microsoft as its Director of Insider Risk.
She works with national cybersecurity issues.

Microsoft also hired third-party contractors who hire programmers in China to work on the Pentagon’s cloud cyber defense system in Malaysia with Konnech.

Floris ran the FBI’s election-related intelligence (spying) through headquarters.
