This morning, Judge Jeb Boasberg pulled one of the criminal cases involving Hunter Biden's laptop.
Hunter is Joe Biden’s son.
As Chief Administrative Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (DC), Boasberg can do that.
When will Boasberg order the destruction of the laptop?
The case involves Nicole Floris and Bradley Benavides.
They are former FBI brass in national security and cybersecurity.
They are accused of lying to Congress about what happened to Hunter’s laptop.
The FBI had it the whole time.
And lied about it.
The charges should date back to Sept. 20th, 2020.
This is when the Biden Administration approved Nikki Cole Floris to set up a “Shadow Government” run by the FBI.
Its purpose was to overthrow the existing President, Donald J. Trump, and put him in jail.
