She is a Federal Judge in the Southern District of Florida in Miami.
Here is her 56-page opinion recommending disciplinary action against Blanche and Woodward for “abusing the court” in the case of Trump versus the IRS.

Furthermore, Judge Williams has filed ethical complaints against Blanche and Woodward with the entities that hold their licenses to practice law.
Blanche and Woodward hoped their appeal would stall their sanctions.
Last week, the Judge denied their motion and asked for a speedy resolution to her ethics complaints.

Todd Blanche’s law license was issued by the State of New York.
As of today, Blanche has no record of any ethics complaints filed against him.
However, his law license expired last month.

Stanley Woodward’s license has been suspended by the District of Columbia for non-payment of registration fees.

To date, their respective licensing boards have not scheduled any ethics hearings.
