Judge ruled in March that Dominion will win its defamation case vs. My Pillow

Federal Judge Nina Y. Wang ruled on March 17th that Dominion has won its defamation case against Mike Lindell and his company, My Pillow Inc.

The ten-day trial starts June 2nd.

The evidence... at trial will support claims for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress/extreme and outrageous conduct, punitive damages, and civil conspiracy among the Defendants.
— Judge Nina Y. Wang's ruling on March 17th

Even if the jury decides in favor of Mike Lindell and My Pillow Inc., Judy Wang will overrule them.

It is as if Dominion lawyers write Judge Wang’s orders, opinions, and rulings.

And stamp her signature on them.

Judge Wang ruled on May 9th that Mike Lindell’s attorneys cannot ask questions about specific subject matter relating to Dominion’s Eric Coomer.

They include his:

(a) sex life;
(b) drug and alcohol use;
(c) religious beliefs; opinions about Black
Lives Matter, law enforcement, and
related issues; and
(e) Facebook posts about Texans,
Jonathan Sackler, and past
Halloween costumes.

Why?

Because the answers discredit and impeach Coomer’s credibility.

The Senate confirmed Nina Wang on July 19th, 2022.

Two weeks later, she was assigned the Dominion vs. Lindell case on Aug. 2nd, 2022.

Coincidence?

Missing in the above official court record is a signed order by a Denver Federal District Judge.

CBS has David Becker, a Clinton operative, covering the trial.
